Buyback Policy

Asastha Bullion is pleased to offer a guaranteed buyback service for all bullion purchased directly from us, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. 1-Year Price Protection Guarantee

  • 100% Value Shield: For a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase, Asastha Bullion guarantees to buy back Silverium and Nellava branded products at the exact same price indicated on the original Purchase Receipt.
  • Eligibility Period: The Asastha Shield (Buyback Guarantee) is valid exclusively for purchases made on or after January 1, 2026. This policy is strictly non-retroactive.
  • Exclusivity: This 1:1 price guarantee applies specifically to the brands Silverium and Nellava. Other brands remain subject to the standard Silverado Gramation Rate.

2. Policy Integrity & Anti-Abuse

  • Verification Authority: Asastha Bullion reserves the right to conduct forensic audits on any Purchase Receipt. Any receipt found to be altered, forged, or inconsistent with our internal transaction records will be immediately disqualified from the Asastha Shield program.
  • Non-Transferability: The Asastha Shield is a benefit granted solely to the original purchaser. The guarantee is non-transferable and void if the bullion is purchased via secondary or third-party markets.
  • Right of Refusal: Asastha Bullion maintains the absolute right to refuse any buyback request suspected of violating the spirit of this policy or demonstrating patterns of abuse intended to profit from price fluctuations.

3. Pricing Standard (General)

  • Reference Rate: For items outside the 1-year guarantee period, the buyback price is fixed to the Silverado Gramation Price at the time of the transaction.

  • Mandatory Documentation: A buyback transaction cannot be processed without the original Purchase Receipt (Invoice) containing a verified system-generated transaction ID.
  • Product Integrity: All items must be in "Investment Grade" condition. Asastha Bullion reserves the right to decline buybacks for bullion that are physically altered, chemically damaged, or show excessive wear and tear.

5. Buyback Procedure

  • Submission: The customer must submit an official request through our Buyback Request Form.
  • Physical Inspection: Our team of experts will conduct a physical weight and purity verification (XRF/Sigma) to ensure the item matches original specifications.
  • Settlement: Upon successful verification, payment will be issued within 3 (three) business days via bank transfer to the name registered on the original Purchase Receipt.

6. Important Notes

  • Policy Amendments: Asastha Bullion reserves the right to amend or terminate this buyback policy at any time without prior notice to adapt to market conditions.
